A.J. knows his business! He very quickly diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator, ordered the part that had failed and came back a couple of days later with the new part. Installed in 10 minutes and was back out the door to his next call. Excellent service and I would recommend him to anyone.

My dryer was making an awful sound. I called Aggieland Appliance Repair, and they had it fixed the next day. Will definitely call them again for my next appliance repair need.

AJ showed up in the time window agreed-upon was courteous and professional. We have a vintage refrigerator which is a nice way of saying that it’s so old that the model number doesn’t even show up on parts lists. Rather than blow smoke and tear things apart and act like he knew everything, AJ had the integrity to say that he didn’t have parts available for something 30 years old and referred us to a source that might be able to help us. This demonstration of integrity is as important to me as having my appliance fixed. The purpose of today’s visit was twofold, one to fix a refrigeration issue if possible, and secondly to advise us on whether we had something repairable or if we were better suited to purchase something new. We are comforted to know that what we have may be repairable if parts can be found and that’s just as important to us , as having it fixed at this particular moment. Thank you, AJ! We will definitely have him back to work on our oven, disposal, washer/dryer, or any other appliance we can think of and would not hesitate recommending him to someone else.
